Another fedex-quest that hides a sinister plan, this time from princess Elysana of Wayrest. She asks me to deliver a cloak to the same noble that we blackmailed in previous quest. In reality, this is a cold-blooded murder: the cloak summons Daedra Seducers when worn. Frankly, I don't have much sympathy for the victim: he is a crook and a fool. But this quest has no significant reward and may be skipped without consequences.
