Now Queen Barenziah trusts me enough to send me to Orsinium to retrieve a manuscript which contents might be harmful both for her and for Septim imperial dynasty. As a trusted friend of the Emperor, I do want to check on this. In the orc fortress (which seriously looks more modern than it should) I find a large ziggurat, inside of which the manuscript is hidden. And the contents do not tell a pretty tale. Also, there is an alternative way of proceeding with this quest, which I show, but cannot complete because of bugs.
