addendums:
1. the connections good animations work in the app :) but not on desktop
2. there is a daily rebus site that's pretty cool as well
3. at start: i'm more critical because there have been some irrational wordle videos with unnecessarily edgy thumbnails and somehow they work, sorry that it's not my usual style, but also roasting nyt (especially for taking down other wordlelikes after buying out a concept that isn't even original) is completely justified imo.
(I also think there is something weird about big-name landlording in general, like being able to purchase a trend already extremely really popular that you didn't even design/invent/play any part in it except buying and putting your name on it is a bit inauthentic to me or something. it makes sense for the self interest of both parties involved though...)
4. not all cryptic clues follow the definition/wordplay format, some are double definition, &lit, and revenge. but they are less common and do tend to have signs that they are that. (even if they're not GOOD signs)
