Daizo's Journey (Cancelled Build) - W1-S - Red T-Switch Palace
32024 revealed the release of "Daizo's Journey ~ Chapter 1: To Rise Above All" and a few people were curious what will happen to the original Daizo's Journey build I started back at around 2011/2012. So I'm releasing videos of what is now going to be known as the "Cancelled Build" which I'll release as a hack at some point in the future. This will document every single finished level I made.
T-Switches were going to be the distinct switch palaces in the island of "Desmond" which most of this game takes place on. These start out normally, but usually fake out in the 2nd half either with a complete mood change or otherwise something unexpected. This one is kind of similar to the Yellow Switch Palace, but it turns out Bowser's here and trying to steal it for his own gain. His appearance here is to do with World 4, and we'll get to that when we get to that.
Plan for the future -
I may end up scrapping all three of the original T-Switch palaces ("RED", "BLU" and "GRY") in favor of something else. I'm not final on the decision, but considering the hack is being split into 3 chapters, it would be hard to implement switch palaces and have them work across games.
