General is the final hidden boss in this game. Certain conditions must be met early in single-player mode if you want to fight him at the end. He is an unplayable character.
Dan-Ku-Ga is an update to the previous game, Kaiser Knuckle. However this is a beta/prototype game, and was not released. It was discontinued. You can consider this version of the game the 'Champion Edition' equivalent, as the two previous unplayable bosses Gonzales and Azteca are added as normal playable characters this time round; some tweaks to characters; and re-colouring of stage backgrounds.
General however, remains an non-selectable boss character.
In this version of the game I never got to work out how to pull off his 3 special moves, but the CPU has access to them.
Yet again he is incredibly strong with high priority in his basic moves, as you'd expect from a boss character.
