These characters are all unused. Which obviously means that they are all non-selectable.
As you can see in the video they are in a beta state, meaning that they are quite incomplete. All three characters are lacking in textures and faces as well as moves.
The 1st character appears to be a female with Hayato's stance and motions, and uses some kind of special rod. She has June's portrait on the character select screen, Hayato's banner on the versus screen and the name 'Hayato' underneath her lifebar. She also has a male voice in her winning pose. Perhaps a precursor to Kaede from Plasma Sword?
The 2nd character is a robot/mech with Gamof's stance and motions, and uses a light-sabre sword. 'He' has Saturn's portrait on the character select screen, a unique 'BLODIA' banner on the versus screen and the name 'Saturn' underneath his lifebar.
The 3rd character appears to be a male with Hayato's stance and motions, and uses a giant fan. He has Gamof's portrait on the character select screen, Gerelt's banner on the versus screen and the name 'Gerelt' underneath his lifebar.
