Heavy duty scaffold foam tubes are BIG BEN tubes distributed in UK by Leaches, only problem is you can only buy in bulk so you have to go walk-about and ...er.. 'aquire' a few from nearby sites or ponce some from any scaffold crews you might find with them on the truck if they will flog you a couple for the price of a few beers
