Hello and welcome! Guides are always arranged from most efficient to less efficient and are divided in open world to gated locations.
But in this case all Dandelion Seeds are located in the open world and are quite few. Dandelion seeds are placed all over the Mondstadt and majority of them are near waypoints but they are way too scattered. Hence it's very hard to memorize their locations. I have my top 6 places that I just wait to respawn when I was building Jean (lazy much?). Feel free to enter co-op for this as well since the top 6 locations are the most efficient while the rest are meh and are hard to memorize because they are just scattered like rare weeds. XD We can't farm this on our teapot as well.
