The Wicked Wash Mine is a remote, pristine, undisturbed abandoned gold mine I found out in the desert about which there is little information. It has a dangerous, rubble-filled 700-foot inclined shaft that leads to 3500 feet of workings. Paul and I spent an afternoon descending the treacherous inclined shaft to the 100-Level where we found some artifacts. Due to the artifacts we found, the lack of graffiti, and not finding any modern trash from previous explorers, it is apparent that nobody has been in the Wicked Wash Mine in decades -- until now. Enjoy the video! And stay tuned for a follow-up video -- we will return to the Wicked Wash Mine with better safety gear so that we can continue exploring the rest of its inclined shaft.
