11Here you go. A new player tutorial that explains in great detail the following:

8. Portals/Static Exits –
a. Portals are marked on the floor and at certain times they will pop up and need to be opened
b. Two types of Static exits:
i. Gated - These are gated until they open at certain times during the match. Once opened, they are single use. When they initially open, the torches on each side light up and then turn off once used. Some exit torches don’t work so just try to go up and if you don’t extract then it has been used and go find another one. In the Goblin caves, you can tell if a static was taken by the rocks blocking the way inside the exit
ii. Ropes – The ropes slowly lower down until stopped. Once fully down, you can interact with and slowly go up. You can still take damage while going up. These open at certain times during the match.
