Dark Arcana The Carnival - Part 1
0Hey everyone and welcome back to a new series of Dark Arcana the carnival.
We are introduced into this world with a cutscene of a mother and child, the mother is locked inside a ride as the carnival and we have been called into look into this case.
As a detective we need to look around and try to find this little girls mother or any clues that might help us. We head into the carnival to look around, we see there is another person here who does not want to speak with us. We will have to follow them deeper into the Carnival.
Our detective is then given her first look at the hidden puzzle games. We are given a list of items that need to be found within the screen, some of them are hidden very well but we are able to find them all. We then have a look around the rest of the area, we come across the man again who keeps running away from us. He has locked us out of the next part of the carnival so we need to find a way through.
Through out the attractions we are able to find some items that might come in useful later. There is also a small monkey who has been chained up, we need to help this poor monkey out. To keep the monkey relaxed we win a toy from the claw machine in the shape of a banana. After removing the chain from the monkeys foot the monkey jumps on our shoulder as if it is going to help us out. The monkey is able to reach higher places than the detective.
We then have our first mini game that is not about hidden objects. On this mini game we have to get all the correct parts to the correct scenes, but only two panels can be open at a time. We move all the objects around and bring the scenes to life, this opens the door and allows us into the office.
In the office we collect a map of the location and some more parts that might come in useful later. We also find some information about an tragic accident that happened in the past. On the desk there is a ticket that will allow our detective to enter the hall of mirrors. Once inside the hall of mirrors the detective is able to see Susan through the mirrors as if she is in another dimension. Susan asks for our help and manages to throw a Key through the mirror before being chased away by something.
