Dark Cloud 2 (PS2/4) - Starting a New Game [1]
0This game is on PS4 store which lets me collect trophies. I am in the middle of playing the Wild Arms series but decided to play this one before moving onto Wild Arms 3 from Wild Arms 2 just to make sure I don't burn myself out of JRPG's
In this stream:
- Get a little bit of story for both of our main character Monica and Maximillian but we take control of Max only at first.
- Max begins his adventure getting a ticket to see the Carnival that is passing through. He ends up coming across the Troupe Leader of the carnival making threats and assaulting the Mayor of our town. The troupe leader is looking for something and it becomes apparent it is Max's medallion is what he is looking for.
- DUNGEON - Underground Sewer System - This is where we go in order to get away from the Troupe Leader - The game throws some game mechanics at us involving Synergizing items in order to make our weapons stronger
- MIDBOSS - Linda - we cannot do anything to this Elephant but our mentor Cedric comes in and saves us
- Another game mechanic - we have to take pictures of certain things throughout the world and use these pictures as ideas in order to invent items. We have to use this to make a rideable mount called RidePod
- MIDBOSS - Linda - With our new RidePod machine we beat Linda fairly easily
- Game doesn't let you know there is a game mechanic of taking pictures of Boss fights and I missed one with Linda
