Dark Cloud Part 15. The Most Annoying Kind of Limited Zone.
5Today we finish out B10 and start work on the Hags House as well as work on the village more. Things are starting to come together.....Okay maybe you guys can't see it but it'll be pretty! You'll see! You'll all see!
Afterwards we wrap up and head back to B11, which is the first of the most annoying types of Limited Zones in the game. Zones that force you to use only one single character (never Toan). The best part is, there's absolutely no reward for doing these. You can never use Toan on these floors, meaning no Atla. Meaning no Georama to redeem for rewards. You'll likely use more items then you should just to survive. Pretty much the only thing you get is the ability to continue through the dungeon. Or perhaps a broken PS2. I can pretty much promise that most of your deaths in this game will result from these floors. As far as tips go, unfortunately there's only a few things you can do.
1) Kill all monsters that you actually possibly can with that character, and hope you get lucky,
2) Bring a crapload of throwing items, and use them to kill the monsters that your weapon cannot and hope you get lucky.
3) Spend 5 or 6 hours grinding that character so they don't suck.
Really all I can recommend is the second choice. If you don't luck out, then reset and try again and repeat until you do. Unfortunately that's pretty much the best advice much of anyone can give you if your unwilling to grind.
