ok time to be serious. yes ik that this is a little random, since my channel is 90% Omori, but one fun fact about my channel is that wayyyyy back in the day (like, 2019 im pretty sure) i used to play hidden object puzzle games (those videos are privated tho bc i made commentary for all of those videos and i SUCKED at it). what are HOP games????? well, its a little hard to explain, but hidden objects is where you find things hidden in a certain scene until you get smth you need for an adventure youre on. HOs are usually random items, but this game's HOs are different; its where you find parts of the item that you need. puzzles are puzzles, smth that you need to solve in order to progress the game. there are probably THOUSANDS of HOP games, the Dark Parables series are just one of those. however, since this is the 7th installment of the DP series, all the features and stuff might be totally new for you, but oh well
i decided to do a speedrun for this since theres a wiki for the series, and theres a page where you can post your speedrun, and see if anyone could top your best time. i feel like i couldve done better but tbh this was my THIRD time doing this speedrun. the first time was around 50 minutes, and the second time was just a black screen the whole time i was recording
