If I had to guess what's happening to me, I'd say my gallbladder is full of gelatinous cubes or some shit.

Ultrasound soon, should be no big deal. Bad gallbladders run in my family and both my mom and my brother have had there's out. I imagine mine is just about done. Should be a simple matter if it is time for it to come out. If not, I get to record high on painkillers :D Win win.
