6I'm honestly glad I was able to capture this, because I haven't been able to replicate it.
First I went through the Profaned Capital and killed Yhrom the Giant. Afterwards you are automatically teleported to that old hag and can fight the Dancer. I didn't want to go straight into it because I missed a few items in the Profaned Capital, so I warped back to the bonfire there and ran around a bit. I went through two shortcuts and hit the Irithyll Dungeon a few times before getting back to the Profaned Capital. I guess all this back and forth without using homeward bones or bonfires didn't sit well with the game, because this disaster is the result!
The weirdest part about it is that the monsters didn't seem to be there in this weird instance. They didn't aggro me nor did I seem to hear them scuttling around, ect.
