I have had this character in my back pocket for the purposes of screwing around in PvP for a while now just for a laugh but never had the motivation to actually use him for it after I was finished building the character. With me being unable to consistently record and dedicate time to a longer series at the moment, I thought it would be an idea to finally break out Console Peasant and as an added bonus, see how he fares in the battlefield on camera which sparked the beginning of what I'm expecting will be an ongoing series.

Don't worry though, this doesn't mean that you'll be flooded with Dark Souls 3 videos; I have a full playthrough of another game going up immediately after this episode. This started getting recorded after said full playthrough was complete but the reason this first episode is going up now rather than afterwards is primarily to introduce it so you have an idea of what to expect between larger playthroughs. Later on, it will serve as a break between longer playthroughs or, less ideally, filler for emergencies if I run dry on content.

This is being played on the PC version of Dark Souls 3, which lacks the option of being able to toggle seeing people's character names or profile names in the Network settings like the console versions have, which is a bizarre omission. Instead, only everyone's character names are visible and everybody will be able to see the character name I used. To find somebody's profile name if you have encountered them in the PC version of Dark Souls 3, you must open the Steam overlay and click the "VIEW PLAYERS" button, then click the "RECENT GAMES" tab.
