Did I bone out of Dancer once? Yes. Did I summon for Pontiff? Yes. This is "deathless", not "deathless and with conscience still intact". I didn't quit out though! Not even when that Smouldering Lake lizard screwed me over two times!
Had some very close calls and some major chokes but it's done. Sub 2 hour IGT too. Could get away with skipping a lot of the healing upgrades but I wanted to play it safe for my first time. This was my first run that made it to Dancer and it probably showed.

Embarrassingly enough I died to these guys once because I skipped getting flasks back after the giants so now I always get it.

Choked hard on phase 2 but still got through. My backstabs don't always connect for some reason and I have no clue why. Probably just bad at videogames.

For some reason I decided to try the right side first this time and got totally screwed over. Never again. This is the longest I've ever spent on this boss by a factor of like 5. I didn't even know homie had a sword.

Watching it back now I finally realized that the slash eats all my stamina and I don't regen any while charging. No fucking wonder I can never roll when I want to in this fight.

I sightread this pretty easily on my first character so I never really learned her patterns and now she's probably my biggest roadblock in the whole run, mostly because she hits so damn hard for some reason.

Also sightread this on my first character so I'm not that familiar with him and I probably don't need the summon but it was my first time getting this far so I thought fuck it let's just take the guarantee.
1:44:27 - Aldritch, Devourer of Gods
In some ways easier than Yhorm to be honest but I got real unlucky this time and got arrows twice in phase two. Kind of embarrassing how close to death I got at the end.
1:49:53 - Dragonslayer Armour
Horrible start, amazing finish. Almost rolled off the god damn arena 5 seconds in too. One of the scariest bosses for me until I looked up some videos on the roll timing for his phase 2 big swing.
1:59:50 - Two Princes
These guys gave me the most trouble on my first playthrough (save for Friede) because I ran a strength build with a slow weapon, but with a quick weapon and some familiarity with big boy's swings they're not that bad.
2:04:33 - Soul of Cinder
First phase can be pretty dicey depending on what weapon he decides to change to. Got pretty lucky this time. Second phase adds some delays to his swings which I never bothered to learn because I've always fought him with enough healing to brute force through it.

Who knows maybe I'll try all bosses deathless as well.
