I used the guide done by ZeroLenny at    • How To Broken Sword Dark Souls   for the most part. I made some changes in build since I have done no hit any% practise of the game. I found grabbing the chloranthy ring from Hollow a massive help. Also using slumbering and fog rings for Nito, instead of the divine bss.
