12faith, get unveil miracle from Straid, be in the bell keeper covenant, EXTINCT all the bell keeper enemies, and armored enemies in the room with the platforms (including the captain in the far upper left corner near the lava, and on top of the contraption (pull lever). You can ignore the enemies on the verry upper level where the invader is top right room exit). You can get rusted coins from the bell keeper enemies while you extinct them. You can get the gold serpent ring +1 by spending ~10.000 souls with and then talking to Magerold of Lanafir in the same zone, and the jester hat or merchant hat from magerold or the hag with a house on her back. Using homeward bone or other forms of return resets the spawns, also resting at bonfire resets the spawns. The red phantom has a rare chance to spawn, doesn't matter what item find you have to spawn him... If you're using rusted coins, don't homeward, run back instead, homeward will remove the buff, lasts 5 minutes (around 3 kills)
