Dark Souls - Part 18: I Hope You Like Instant Kills
3I face against Seath the Scaleless, which might be one of the worst bosses in this game. If you don't wear curse resistant armor, he one shots you with curse, and even when you wear the appropriate attire, it's still very easy to die since almost all of his attacks can stunlock you. If you stand in front of him, he fires lasers that get you stunlocked in the crystals, if you go behind him, you get stunlocked and killed in two hits by his tentacle attacks. The only way I managed to beat him is by getting really close to him and killing him as fast as possible before he killed me. Even that is not easy, because staying close to him makes the camera freak out. Terrible, terrible boss fight. Don't know if this or the butterfly is worse.
And everytime you die, there's no bonfire so you have to deal with the annoying invisible floor BS in the Crystal Caves. Seriously, fuck this area and boss.
After that torture, I grinded a bit and leveled up to level 70, and maxed out the upgrades on my weapons and armor.
Then head back to New Londo Ruins to get revenge on the ghosts and lower the water level, finally!
