when i was playing the frames looked fine, i'm going to do my very best to see what i can do to make this problem go away

also wow. is that what i really sound like?

(tip, my videos seem to get higher quality the longer they're up. if you're seeing it at 360p, just wait a bit, since it should get up to 1080p eventually)
bought this game for around $6 on steam, figured "why not, lets record it"
i have changed some quality options in the game now, so that hopefully these frame issues go away, nothing i can do about them though, sorry
