Published by FromSoftware and published by Namco Bandai Games in 2011, "Dark Souls" is the first game in the Dark Souls series of third person RPG.

We play as an undead human, sent to an undead asylum to wait out of hollowing. After receiving a key from a body dropped by a knight, we escape and begin to fight our way through the decaying land we find ourselves in.

I originally played Dark Souls back in 2012 but only made it about half-way. Let's see if I can do better than I did back then and actually complete this.
We are playing the "Prepare to Die Edition", the original release on Steam with all its awkward port issues. Still, struggle is the name of the game here.
