With greed comes great sorrow! The idea here is simple; to impede progress by having the HP bar constantly deplete. With half health from being Cursed, that already diminished life pool is constantly drained further by wearing the Symbol of Avarice and using the Chaos Blade which inflicts damage on the user with every hit.
Rules of the run:
1. Fresh start in New Game +6 (the highest NG cycle that the game increases in difficulty.) Starting as any class, I was a Pyromancer, SL1.
2. Cursed (half HP) and wear the Symbol of Avarice at all times.
3. Weapon: Chaos Blade. Any other armour, shield and rings allowed.
4. Use of ancillary spells allowed (Fall Control, Remedy, Power Within etc.) No healing spells.
5. It goes without saying that whilst Cursed one cannot reverse hollow, thus kindling bonfires for more Estus is not possible.
