It's back to the undead asylum to get some loot and tie some loose ends. Get the Asylum F2 West Key to open the door leading to the rusted iron ring which you'll need shortly if you're using my playthrough as a guide. The stray demon is not hard to fight, but is hard to kill because of his high health, even with a +5 Drake Sword. NEVER stand directly in front of Stray Demon for any reason. His attacks are very powerful and will likely one-shot you. Instead, pivot around him and attack when he's open or cheese him with spells. Whatever it takes to get that Titanite Slab.
