Everlasting blight is a ,,stress-DoT“ team, here are roles of characters:
1st: Shieldbreaker (dodge trinket + accuracy trinket) - damage dealer
2nd: Man at arms (stun resist trinket + Spiked shield) - supporteer
3rd: Plague doctor (accuracy trinket + stress trinket) - DoT dealer
4th: Antiquarian (Tears of the Lost + dodge trinket) - damage dealer
PROS:
1) Great stress output
2) Great DoT output
3) Great healing potential
4) 3 disruptors
5) 2 guardians
CONS:
1) Marks are a menace
2) Stuns are a menace
3) Stress is a menace
4) Low damage output
Everlasting blight is a strange stress team with great power of DoT and little bit of pure damage. You have 2 healers, 2 guardians and 2 disruptors. Sadly this team is vulnerable against mark and stress teams.
I tried to play a few strategies, like „mix damage + DoT“, „the finishers“, and 2 „original setups“.
The „Original setup #1“ is DoT oriented, the „Original setup #2“ is damage oriented. I tried to play even „mix damage + stress / full stress“ strategy, but it’s worthless. You need to make damage, fast as you can.
My advice: Start with Man at arms for opening the riposte, next use Plague doctor for debuffing the backline, then Antiquarian for applying regeneration and lastly Shieldbreaker for disruption.
This was… something. Really shame, that I got only these players, I wished to play original setups against harder opponents. 5 lost matches - almost all of them against darkest players (and they cannot play without Flagellant) and one veteran player. The stress strategy is worthless (Man at arms as stresser), you need to make damage. Honestly I think the team have some pressure by DoT, but something’s missing. I think the setups could be better. Not a bad team, but neither good.
