The best party combo I found was Vestal, Grave Robber, Man of Arms and Hellion. Im certainly convinced that they can do the whole game short of the Cannon boss that probably requires a Mark team. In this play Im getting them ready for the 2nd level of the Darkest Dungeon. Sorry, I didnt record the first one that I had done like 25 hours before. Everytime a team beats the DD, they will not go back in. You actually need 16 characters to go through it all. I'm looking for any good quirks I can find to prep for the 2nd level.

Vestal Rank 4 is Stun Skill, Party Heal, Single Heal, and ranged attack that gives her life.

Grave Robber: Poison Blight dagger, Throw Dagger, Fade stun Move, Potion buff that gives her dodge and removes DoT.

MoA: Rampart, Riposte, Bolster, Guard

Hellion, Iron Swan, Dbl Stun Move, Bleed Attack, Reg Attack

This party provides stuns for everyone. It also allows everyone to waste a turn/buff so that DoT/cures can be applied. It has both bleed and Blight to deal with high PROT on enemies. You can buff your guys to dodge attacks by the Fungus Giant in the Weald. The grave robbers frequent crits off of everything do provide okay stress reduction. Man of Arms guard protects the Hellion which is kinda low on the defence for a front line, and can also guard vestal and grave robber if they get hit to deaths door. Hellion, Vestal, and Grave Robber can target enemy Rank 4. Man of Arms can stun rank 3. This prevents a large amount of stress damage. If the party gets out of order, Grave Robber and Man of Arms can rearrange and attack/stun at the same time. Even if its out of order, Hellion and Grave Robber can usually hit and provide damage.

This group has beaten the shambler on champion diff. They can stun/negate/stall to beat the collector as well. You can do areas before you probably should if you switch out MoAs riposte for the ability that adds ACC. While its a defensive party that cant smash through things... it can take some pretty bad RNG and still come out ahead.
