Finally nab a shotgun and chaingun. They're faster than vanilla Doom. Especially the chaingun. The amount of monsters and the size of levels compared to nondoom games is crazy. Its just one thing that Doom does well. Funny that Doom4 is mostly a arena style slaughterfest aligned to mods like this and Serious Sam/painkiller as opposed to what Doom 1993 actually played like.
FighterDooDs make an appearance here. They're revenants without the rockets. They swing their swords at you even if its not in range so its difficult to approach them. I use them in large numbers to push the player around. Similar to pinky demons but with less health... but probably more dangerous due to the amount of damage, no pain chance, and speed.
The last map in this play is a large business warehouse complex. Its got Dragonguys (barons of Hell) in it. They have the same hp as a baron but are a lot bigger. I made sure most of the monsters dont have the "deaf" flag. That means if you enter a room and shoot, all of them will here you and try to find you. It leads to chaos. You can funnel them down chokepoints or keep moving if you're low on ammo. Theres enough ammo to kill everything and still max out before you leave... its just not actually practical or necessary.
