In this video, I'll review Darkest Dungeon, which is a fun, rich, challenging RPG roguelite. The game is punishing and difficult, but has a large depth to the gameplay that rewards knowledge and learning. There is also a lot of RNG and randomness in this gothic turn-based RPG that can often be infuriating or frustrating and separate it from soulstype games. Also, darkest dungeon has a lot of grind and progression required that make it feel like it's borderline not a roguelite or roguelike-like.
