Filthy is playing on "Bloodmoon mode", which is a fancy way to say "Ironman and Hard Mode". In addition, this time is a challenge run with a number of additional rules. Filthy will attempt all of the level 5 bosses and won't use the Houndmaster, the Vestal, the Man at Arms, or the Hellion. In addition Filthy won't use the best items in the game (Moon and Sun Rings), won't be allowed more than 8 torches per mission, and will use 2 of each reamining character. This should be painful.
