Needing another mix up in genre I decided to pick up Darksiders 2 and play it on apocalyptic just because we can. We join Death during the events of the first Darksiders as he tries to prove the innocence of his brother, War, who is another one of the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse like himself. Step out of the realm of shooting and cover with me and into the realm of more free flowing combat as we wield whatever deadly weapons we can and exterminate everything that stands in our way.
