I was able to get Darksiders 2 running in Linux by using a 64-bit virtual drive (wineprefix) and a patched version of Wine with doublebuffer. Otherwise it would crash during the menu screen or when you attack the first minion.

This is the GOG DRM Free version and they include a patch that fixes the save/load bug. Now you can load your game and continue playing.

The video is a bit slow due to recording and playing at the same time.
There are few graphical artifacts, but it is completely playable and still looks nice.

I had to turn off Anti-Aliasing and VSync and Ambient Occlusion
