Myst V: End Of Ages runs really well on my GeForce 550 Ti. I was even able to run in on my 9800 as well, but it slowed down a bit with settings on high.
Once you install dsound and directmusic everything plays flawlessly. The only bug I noticed was a character disappearing intermittently. It only happened one time.
The game is quite beautiful considering its age and it did put a load on my video card. So plan on lowering the settings if your frame rates are too low.
