Your first hour or so of the game is going to mostly set up the story, introduce most of the important characters and give you a feel for how War fights.
Take your time getting through the tutorial section and make sure to spend some time getting especially familiar with dodging, it makes staying alive in the early game much easier.
Once you meet Vulgrim you’ll be able to begin purchasing upgrades and enhancements unless you’re playing through on a harder difficulty I wouldn’t focus too hard on grinding for money, it comes pretty easily and you should have most things bought and maxed by the end of the game.
Unlocking the Horn and waking the Stone Guardian will signal the end of the Tutorial, so push on and let’s get going.
