Darktide - Bug or Feature? - All or Nothing Applies to EVERYTHING! - Comment your THOUGHTS!

In this video I show that All of Nothing currently applies to EVERYTHING, it boosts up your damage even when the weapon is not equipped. Granted the increase is relatively small, but it could potentially help with damage breakpoints. The thing I want to ask is...SHOULD THIS BE A FEATURE or is it a BUG!
