As excited as I am about being up at Keuka Lake and for who this week’s Hot Ones guest is I’m just as happy if not more so that I get to say the following:
It was 1 year ago today that i believed to be the first day of living the rest of my life in the gray. Merely to just exist, never to truly be happy again, bear witness to life events such as my nephew growing up which would be great but even then I’d only be present. It was on this day I received a message from a certain someone and met a certain family that changed everything. Now, 1 year later, I can say that this was the greatest year of my life. It may not have been perfect and there were definitely some things to overcome, but I’m in a happier place than I was a year ago and it was because of that certain family. And I knew there was something I had to do for them so I did. What’s sad is unfortunately since my old account got hacked there are some members of said family that won’t be able to see this or the post I made earlier. All I can do is hope and pray that they can somehow. Day 2403 out now.
