Day 6 Of Dry Fasting Everyday Until I lose 50+ lbs
After I broke the 100 hour fasts, I went shopping and bought two frozen pizzas. Red Baron (4 meats), Digiorno (3 meats croissant crusts). That night I ate 3 slices out of 8 of Red baron, it was great! And some Viet rice noodle soup.
Then day 6, right after this short, I ate the Digiorno, about the same amount. Also really good, I want all pizza crusts to be croissant crust now. Then later some steak and ice cream. On day 7, I'm planning to try the hot pocket flavors I haven't tried that I bought. It's a lot of junk but it's just stuff I wanted to try eating.
Then the day after I plan on eating a healthy meal to start another long dry fast, something like water melons and home cooked chicken wings. Just fruit and animal protein with some sauce.
All this food tasted so much better after not having anything for 100 hours.
