Looks like no carb + 23 hr dry fasting is working! So after this I also ate almost no carbs. It was a chicken noodle soup, but I skipped the noodles. There's again small amount of carbs in the water + low carb veggies. But I also bought a pineapple and just wanted a little bit. I ate like just an ounce of pineapple so it's nothing crazy. Hopefully the weight still drops tonight!
Something interesting is that I pee almost all the water I drink from when I do eat in the morning. I guess since it has barely any carbs to attach to, it just goes right through me. So I end up peeing for like 15+ seconds to get it all out lol.
