Day 12 Of Dry Fasting Everyday Until I lose 50+ lbs
Still working 4 days in a row! But I'm feeling pretty low energy during the day. So with what I learned is working, I'll try to split my 1 low carb meal into 2 at 10 am and 3 pm. This way I should have more energy throughout the day and can be more productive while still dry fasting 19 hours a day.
I'm assuming my energy levels will be good for 5 hours after each meal, if it works, then I can do active tasks that requires energy from 10am to 8pm, which is a solid 10 hours and I can relax the rest of the time while losing weight in my sleep and a bit in the morning as I catch up on things.
I'll mess around with the schedule a bit, I want to maximize the dry fast time while having more energy. I'm considering going as far as eating 3 times between 10am-6pm for 16 hours of dry fasting if it means I could still have a lot of energy while still getting benefits of dry fasting.
Also my aunt brought some godlike almond muffins from costco, so I decided it was a cheat day after this weigh in, ate like 3 full junk meals between 7:30-11pm. That's just how the muffin crumbles.
