I have played through RDR2 multiple times so I want to do something a little different. I have turned my aim to FREE-AIM and turned the aim assist sliders all the way down to 0. I have also turned my HUD off. I will not use any combat Dead-Eye in this playthrough unless it is required to advance. And on top of all of that, I have installed several MODs that make my game massively more challenging! Here is a list of the Gameplay MODs I have installed with links. PED DAMAGE OVERHAUL- This mod tries to make gun fights more diverse, dynamic and interesting and keep them that way throughout the game.
