I once watched the Day of the Shell prologue and it actually piqued my interest. I expected the Day of the Shell prologue to be just a preview, but it turned out... the full version of Day of the Shell isn't much bigger than the free trial. For 68 złoty at launch, we get a completely neutered roguelike with one hero (specifically, the heroine) and three weapons. It only gets worse from there. In Day of the Shell, we can't rotate the camera around, we can't change the keybindings, while the Q/E keys rotate the camera... the other way around. We discover very little multi-player in Day of the Shell, poor enemy logic, and the ability to hit enemies through many obstacles. There's one advantage to Day of the Shell – the music.
