It's not exactly the best, but at the same time, Daybreak is a relatively obscure 80s programme to find on here, only lasting from 1st February 1983 (when TV-am was introduced) to 23rd May 1983, Good Morning Britain, yes, the TV-am version, wasn't the replacement, as it aired after Daybreak would, but it moved earlier to envelope Daybreak's timeslot when it got axed, and that's ignoring when Daybreak became a 30 minute programme only at the end of that February and later on a 15 minute programme since it was essentially a car crash in terms of, well, everything except the intro
Truly the perfect name to bring back in 2010 for the morning programme after GMTV was axed, although in a twist of irony, it would too get axed in 2014 with the reboot of, you guessed it, Good Morning Britain
I didn't grow up during the TV-am days (I was born in 2005), but holy damn the intros are a bop
