Mucking around with the still WIP network function in Supermodel, just to have a bit of fun playing the game in the alternate liveries you don't see in single player mode. I've got all four cars hooked up to the same controller. The new versions of Supermodel do incorporate the network mode, but I'm still just using the same version that was originally available for upload from the link I'll add to the description here - I don't think anything has changed as far as the network goes, and it's a bit convoluted to get working, so I haven't felt the need to update this version (although now I think about it, the old version I'm using here was only 32bit, so perhaps it's available in 64bit flavour now. I should really check on this...)

You can get the network build from here: http://www.supermodel3.com/Forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1430&start=180#p14619

At present, in order to run multiple version of Supermodel networked you need to use the command '-no-threads', or the games will crash. '-no-threads' means the emulator is only able to use one of your PCs multiple cores to run it, which unfortunately slows down the emulator quite a lot (like the equivalent of playing the game on a Pentium 4, which was a single core PC). I've sped the video up in processing and got rid of all the laggy audio.

Playing the game at a much slower rate than normal (as I am here) makes initiating the drifts in the game harder than normal. I really should get some additional controllers set up and rope some mates into some proper (slow-mo) multiplayer games.
