Welp, here it is, my first ever time playing the Sega Lindbergh version of Outrun 2 SPDX on my Windows 7 PC using Teknoparrot 1.93

I'm just using an Xbox 360 controller here and the steering definitely feels a bit different to what I'm used to on the PC version of the game (so don't expect any world class driving in these early videos). I still need to give this a try using my racing wheel with Boomslang's force feedback plugin. (which you can download from here - http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,157734.0.html)

Graphically, the game still has some flaws, but considering this is me playing a Lindbergh game on my PC, I'm frankly amazed it's even running at all (I can remember YEARS back, people on forums discussing how it MIGHT be feasible to get Linux based games working on PC one day... one day...), so it seems the trade-off you get for the added bloom effects are a few added graphical gremlins. EDIT: Ignore that, a shader patch and some tweaks and the game is now looking perfect and beautiful in 1920 x 1080p. The only issue I've noticed is that the Sun was actually too bright to see the track on the OR2 Desert stage when I played through it, but I think you can adjust that.

I've uploaded the game in upscaled 4K though to stop YouTube pixelating and compressing everything like it does with a 1080p upload. unfortunately though, this means that the NEW Youtube bug will inevitably kick in meaning none of the non 4K resolutions will display. If you can't buffer this video on your PC because of this, try watching it on your phone in the Youtube app instead, for some reason the missing resolution options show up there.

Expect some inevitable split screen PC/PS3/Lindbergh Outrun videos from me at some point in the future...
