Daytona USA is an arcade racing game created by SEGA's AM2 division, developed as a spiritual successor to SEGA's Virtua Racing, an arcade smash-hit. The game has a reputation for being one of the most solid racing games out there, and in addition popularised the use of texture mapped polygons.

This video shows the Japanese version of the Deluxe Cabinet's Attract mode, including the Three Seven Speedway, Dinosaur Canyon, and the Seaside Street Galaxy. Of note is that in the cabinet's service settings, you can change the car's number, to reflect the cabinet number, as one of the big draws of Daytona USA was it's use of linked cabinets for multiplayer racing. I'm playing in the Cabinet No.1, the solid red Hudson Hornet High Class. Every player has the same car, the aforementioned Hudson Hornet, just in a different colours depending on the Cabinet Number.
