Despite entirely blowing away my local Sakhal server and character, this mysterious illness keeps coming back, which looks to be a bug.

Intermittent tunnel vision - which can be momentarily removed by jumping and other actions?!?
Intermittent blurred vision.
Intermittent clearing of throat.
All while no illness icon

EDIT
Found the solution to this, it was that the client launcher default preset had unwittingly had Namalsk map mods selected rather than none. Creating a new default preset with nothing selected solved this for me.
