While I was working on a new 0 bar starter Touch of Death combo video, I learned that Gogeta SSJ4 can connect 5H into 22S and Sparking with a couple of characters
- On everyone: 22S whiffs, the opponent techs
- On Cooler (not shown): 22S hits, Sparking whiffs, 5m DOESN'T connect, knockdown
- On Broly DBZ and Nappa: 22S hits, Sparking hits, easy TOD
- On Android 16: 22S hits, Sparking whiffs, 5M connects and BIG RIP
Ok I guess (?)

EDIT: You can make it works with almost everyone using the dash momentum before 5H
