DC Legends-Captain Cold event. Shittiest one yet?
3Currently in the DC mobile game (DC Legends), there is a hero event going on. The event is tied to a new hero named Captain Cold. First of all, could the name be any cheesier? Ok aside from that, this character event is being heralded as one of the worst ones yet. In this video,I break down why the community pretty much hates this event.
For the CC event, the nodes are stretched out for what seems like a mile on the screen. After completing a node that awards bios, the next time you hit that node it will only give you ONE bio. ONE. WTF?! The limited hero pool that you can also use for the event is the most restrictive I've seen and it includes the very hero you're trying to earn. Going through multiple nodes in an attempt to gain the fragments also results in you bottoming out your energy.
This whole event is a disaster and hopefully the devs will listen to the VERY irate community and now allow this to happen again. The Poison Ivy event is pretty much how all of these should be handled in the future.
