There are a ton of really good, in depth videos that will give you a ton of information better than I can. However, I think this video can be beneficial to new players just to quickly explain what Sensors, SOI, and SPI are. I had a lot of confusion on those issues when I started and it took me several hours of videos and pursuing the forums before I figured it out. Perhaps just understanding the difference between those things and where to go from there can help.
