0While planning the next section to build (likely the Iron and Steel area), I did some refactoring of the belts, and adjusted the Aluminum design which had managed to deadlock itself; Version 2 of the Aluminum Scrap layout drops the idea of fluid merging in the water loop, in favor of building one refinery taking pumped water and a second taking the recycled water. There is still a fluid priority merge (a "VIP") in the Alumina Solution line, but I think that if this backs up, we can still make progress.
